In the UK, our GP gave my child a diagnosis that scared us terribly, saying we would have to wait two years and that no treatment was possible. I found Clinica and Dr. Brazzini, just two hours from home, and from start to finish, the experience was incredibly reassuring. Even before the appointment, Dr. Brazzini and the clinic team patiently answered all my questions in detail, emailed me multiple times with information, and comforted me. The clinic staff were extremely attentive, kind, and caring, making both me and my child feel completely safe. Dr. Brazzini didn’t just examine my child—he also asked to check my other children at home. He showed us that the GP’s diagnosis was completely wrong, explained that there was nothing to fear, and guided us with the proper tests. He spent hours with us, providing care, reassurance, and support. Thankfully, the pathology results were also good, and my child is safe and healthy. Thanks to this clinic and Dr. Brazzini, I felt that we were in the right place for my child’s care. I am confident that all the doctors and staff here provide the same level of expertise, compassion, and attention to every patient. My first visit to Clinica gave a sense of discovery. As soon as you enter Clinica, you feel a difference. Stylish , calm and refined interior. Soft pleasant music from Sonos loudspeaker. You immediately feel attention to details. And that was reflected in the services. People who meet you are genuinely friendly. It starts at reception. Furthermore, the lady who was beside the lady at the reception turned out to be Dr. Leoni Sceti, Medical Director and Founder. I understood from the beginning how closely she was involved with the work of Clinica and how much she cared. I was able to appreciate that more during the next visits and a conversation with Dr. Leoni Sceti  allowed me to appreciate more what a great job she has done and what a high level of service patients can expect.  I met with Dr. Williams who impressed me with the scope and depth of his knowledge. My son, who met Dr. Williams next time, said after meeting him that we had found the doctor we need. We had several appointments with Dr. Williams within a month since he found the ways to address our problems and we had follow-ups.  My son had a blood test and the nurse was also a professional. The blood tests results arrived late evening of the same day! And the price was competitive despite such a prompt service. Now, I  have more understanding of how Clinica stands out in terms of quality of medical services. I am sure we have more positive things to discover in this respect.

I can’t recommend Ciaran Keen highly enough. He identified my knee and back issues quickly and worked with such insight - like having a psychiatrist and osteopath in one. Before my first appointment (and before any payment), he provided excellent rehab exercises that enabled me to start recovery early and truly saved my holiday. He even understood my personality and worked with it, which made a huge difference. I felt completely cared for and 100% in safe hands. What a lovely experience! My husband booked my appointment and his response after coming off the phone was "well that was easy". The staff and clinic were just so amazing, really helpful and so accommodating. I had a lovely chat with Dr Giulia, she was so informative with all my questions. What a lovely Dr, she was so friendly and so welcoming. Thank you for making my experience at the clinic so wonderful. Highly recommend!
